Using this service a Zthes thesaurus in XML format can be uploaded and converted to SKOS.
The service will convert Zthes terms to skos:Concepts. You can specify a base namespace that will be used to build URIs for the concepts.
Additionally, loose concepts (with no broader relation) will be sorted into a skos:ConceptScheme. You can define the title and id of the created ConceptScheme.
Currently, only terms with the status "active" are considered.

The Zthes Conversion Service uses a XSL transformation to convert the XML data from Zthes to RDF/XML as explained here for the APAIS thesaurus.
